Hello. I want to thank you as I finally received my Newsweek. I am very appreciative of your efforts on my behalf.
The intial mixup was patially my fault as when I moved to Philadelphia I sent my remaining subscription to my brother in Alexandria, Virginia. So, this is where the confusion came in as I was a long time subscriber to Newsweek and when I ordered it, Newsweek probably searched my records and sent to Alexandria.
Okay so thanks again and your customer service is superb !
